This recipe makes approximately 4 servings.
2 scoops Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Vanilla Plant Protein
1 cup water
2 t. cinnamon
2 t. nutmeg
2 small apples
5 slices bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Coat a small casserole dish with olive oil spray to prevent sticking.
Beat the first five ingredients together.
Chop apples and bread.
Stir into mixture then pour into casserole.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
