You know fall is here when it’s 68 degrees in the south. What better way to celebrate than with apples dipped in Pumpkin Spice Hummus!
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 T. sugar free white chocolate pudding mix
2 T. sugar free syrup
1 t. vanilla extract
2 T. Moxie Nosh Pumpkin Spice Cashew Butter
Raisins and cinnamon (optional)
Blend all ingredients (except apple) in food processor. Spoon into serving bowl. Top with optional raisins and cinnamon. Slice apples. Dip and enjoy!
