In a world that overwhelms us with diet plans, new workout routines and the latest “stress-busting, abs-lusting” claims, I will help you silence the distractions and focus on mindfulness, self-awareness and support to become your BEST SELF. The emphasis is on progression, not perfection.

The 12-Week Best Self Program includes personalized workouts, accountability, macros recommendations and nutrition coaching. It’s based on your personal goals and current fitness level.

We’ll also focus on refueling and restoring your energy through weekly nutrition recaps, creating a fitness lifestyle that’s attainable and sustainable. A new program is recommended every 12 weeks to prevent boredom, reduce the likelihood of plateaus and to reassess goals.

The 12-Week Best Self Program includes:
  • Assessment & goals consultation
    • Instructions for recording circumference measurements
    • Instructions for capturing “before” photos
    • Initial fitness assessment (discover your aerobic fitness level, flexibility, muscular strength & muscular endurance)
  • Two cycles of personalized workouts (five routines per cycle) you can do in the gym or at home, using your own equipment or recommended equipment.
  • Photo or video tutorials
  • Weekly check-ins via email
  • Access to the exclusive Megan Meisner Fitness Clients Facebook group
  • 12-week assessment & goals follow-up consultation
  • Phone call or Skype session to receive feedback, program suggestions and to ask questions
