Many of us struggled to find “balance” in our lives. We work too much, rest too little and try to thrive on less-than-healthy foods and lackluster workouts. During these four weeks of the Do Anywhere Workout Challenge, you will increase your awareness of, and accountability to, daily action items such as drinking more water, spending time outdoors and connecting with friends, face to face.
The Challenge includes four workouts and a points system that will allow you track your success and reward yourself upon its completion. This challenge integrates the most important components of fitness, nutrition and restoration.
